Solely focusing on coffee, Afloat Coffee Roaster works with different bakers each quarter of the year to bring variety to its food lineup.

Its coffee selection consists of its Macro, Micro, and Unique collections, each curated for different palates. Its Macro collection consists of coffee beans that produce a balanced cuppa, perfect for your daily dose, while the Micro range is made up of coffees that are clean and delicate with more complexity than those in the Macro line. A culmination of two popular food trucks, Pagi Coffee Co. and Griddle Grilled Cheese, Atap is a joint effort by Christopher Chuah and Fauzan Ruslan, serving up coffees, kombuchas, sandwiches, and chocolate drinks. You'll find several variations of grilled chicken sandwiches, Fauzan's forte, on the menu to accompany your coffees. 

The simple, no-frills café is located in a little nook of the popular Wayang Kulit tattoo studio and great for a quick bite and reliable coffee before you get on with your day.
