Kopenhagen Coffee’s most popular blend is 06 Yirgacheffe Idido from Ethiopia. A light roast with notes of white tea, cacao nibs, lychee, and lemon, the blend is akin to iced lemon tea. They serve a variety of Smørrebrød, Scandinavian open-faced sandwiches topped with smoked salmon, pickled onions, or anything in-between.
